“Winter Fest is just around the corner, and we’re gearing up for a frosty extravaganza in the Oakland Arts & Entertainment District packed with family fun, cozy vibes, and a whole lot of community cheer!

Picture this: kids laughing in the snow playing games, parents sipping wine during our famous Wine Walk, and everyone enjoying the Camp Winter Wonderland-themed ice sculptures and treats from the Bakers Market. Sounds magical, right?

This year, we’re inviting you to join the festivities as an official sponsor. It’s your chance to beat back the winter blues, connect with a festive crowd, and showcase your brand in a way that warms hearts (even in the chilly air!). Winter Fest 2025 Partnership/Sponsorship Opportunities:

Pine Cone Pal - $25 to $100

  • Name recognition and logo on website and social media shoutouts

Toasting Trail Hiking Hero - $350

  • Name recognition and logo on website and social media shoutouts, as well as signage at Wine Walk tent stop stations

Frosty Friend - $400 - $450

  • Supports one block winter wonderland-themed ice sculpture (add $50 if color desired)

  • Ice sculpture ideas include: squirrel, fox, skis, snowmobile, fish, bear, rabbit, penguin, snowflake, etc.

  • Ice sculpture set up includes framed partner/business name recognition and logo, and website and social media shoutouts

Blizzard Benefactor - $500

  • Naming rights to a featured area event, like a "Blizzard Zone" for an ice sculpture-themed game like ping pong, shuffleboard or slap shot wall

  • Name recognition and logo on press releases, printed event maps, website and social media shoutouts

  • Sponsor receives 2 Wine Walk tickets

S'moresLand Sponsor - $750

  • Sponsorship naming rights to the featured S'MoresLand in Bankers Alley with kids activities, live music and entrance to Bakers Market

  • Name recognition and logo on press releases, printed event maps, website and social media shoutouts

  • Sponsor receives 4 Wine Walk Tickets

Happy Camper - $800

  • Sponsorship naming rights to the featured Jean's Traveling Jewel Photo Booth providing free, unlimited photo strips for festival attendees

Campfire Champion - $1000+

  • Title event sponsorship, top-tier logo placement, dedicated PR mentions, and a custom package to suit their branding needs

This year’s Frosty Friend sponsors may choose from the list of potential themed sculptures provided by The Ice God as listed below. Each of these sculptures requires one block of ice for a total of $400 with no color OR $450 with color. Sculptures are subject to availability, so please list your top three ice sculptures you would like to sponsor, and our team will confirm the availability after form submission.

Campfire Champion sponsers may choose an interactive ice sculpture requiring multiple blocks. The list of available interactive ice sculptures are listed below with the required number of blocks:

  • ICE COCOA BAR: 1 block per foot (minimum 4ft to as big as needed) - Taken

  • ICE THRONE: great for photo ops – includes cushion!

    • 6 blocks – 68” tall x 40” wide

    • 8 blocks – 78” tall x 40” wide

    • 10 blocks make a 6ft tall x 5ft wide

  • ICE SHUFFLEBOARD: 10 blocks make 12ft long 4ft tall

  • ICE CORN HOLE: 1 block makes 2 boards and includes bean bags

  • ICE SLIDE: 30 blocks make 1 lane (12 long) – We can make as many lanes as you would like

  • GRAFFITI WALL: 8 blocks make a 6ft x 6ft (10 blocks make an 8ft x 8ft) – we provide the tools and guests can carve in the ice! Your team can man the wall, if we need to, it’s $50 per hour.

  • CURLING LANE: 14 blocks = 22 feet long x 4 feet wide (you provide the stone & brushes)

  • PING PONG TABLE (you provide the paddles and balls) - 8 blocks = 4 feet wide x 4 feet tall x 8 feet long

  • CRYSTAL CHIMNEY (FIRE PIT): 16 Blocks make an 80” tall x 40-60” wide (must be set on concrete or asphalt)

  • ICE PUTTING GREEN: 10 blocks = 10 feet (you supply the putters and balls)

  • SLAP SHOT WALL

    • 2.5 blocks w/ wood base = 40” wide x 50” tall x 12 feet long

    • 10 blocks w/ ice base

  • LIVE CARVING DEMONSTRATIONS – ***pricing per block is $850. *** - requires volunteer supervision

    • Minimum 2 blocks – includes delivery, set up, carving and lighting

Each block of ice costs $400 excluding color and live demonstrations. There is an additional $50 charge to add color to a sculpture. Logos may not be added to the sculpture; however, they can be displayed around the sculpture.
